house block A of Xi'an political institute was a residential building invested by Xi'an
Politics Institute of PLA, and was located in Friendship Road No. 135,Xi'an
City . It started on September 12, 2003, and completed on June 30, 2006 .It was
surveyed by the China Nonferrous Metals Industry of Xi'an Survey Design and
Research Institute,and designed by the Northwest Institute of Architectural ,
viewed by Lanzhou Military Area Command Supervision Station, supervised by Shaanxi Fangyu Engineering Consulting &
supervision Co., Ltd. Constructed by Shaanxi construction group the second
building engineering Co., Ltd..The project manager was Liu Jianguo In 2004 ,it
was accepted by the Lanzhou Military Region civilization site.In2005,it
passed New Technology Demonstration
Project ‘acceptance.In 2007 ,it won the first prize of Lanzhou Military Area
Command of Quality Engineering, Quality Engineering Xi'an "the cup"
In 2008,it won High Quality Engineering in Shaanxi Province "Chang'an
Cup" award.
